Under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds. |
Minimum Qualifications |
Required Education: |
High School Graduation or Equivalent |
Discipline / Degree Area: |

Required Specialized Training/Certifications: |
Valid motor vehicle operator's license as required. |
Required Minimum Work Experience: |
Combination of two years of experience in custodial and/or building and grounds maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties: |
Physical capability to perform all the duties and responsibilities of the position. Ability to pass relevant oral, written, and/or performance testing.
