Facilitate coordination of initiatives to help foster the success of students participating in the programs offered by the Student Equity and Engagement Center, such as the King-Chavez-Park (KCP) grant programs and the Aim North program. Manage the Aim North program, including recruitment of prospective Aim North students and supporting them through the enrollment and financial aid processes. Facilitate coordination of programming and other services to support the socio-cultural and academic development of historically underrepresented or underserved students in higher education, including, but not limited to, LGBTQ+ students as well as Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (BIPOC). Facilitate programming and lead groups, such as the Diversity Student Alliance, to promote student success around diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster an equitable and inclusive climate for all at NMU.
