| Brief Statement of Duties | |
| Brief Statement of Duties: | Perform the duties of a police department dispatcher. Receive calls/walk-ins from the university community and visitors regarding a wide range of emergencies and non-emergency situations and relay accurate information to the appropriate personnel. |

Ability to work well under pressure and emergency situations. Ability to provide excellent customer service during stressful situations.
