Brief Statement of Duties |
Brief Statement of Duties: |
Under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds. Maintain ice sheet and convert venue from hockey to basketball and other activities. |
Minimum Qualifications |
Required Education: |
High School Graduation or Equivalent |
Discipline / Degree Area: |

Required Specialized Training/Certifications: |
Valid motor vehicle operator's license as required. Certified to operate a forklift, scissor lift and boom lift within six months of hire. |
Required Minimum Work Experience: |
Combination of two years of experience in custodial and/or building and grounds maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings. Experience operating a Zamboni and ice maintenance equipment. |
