|Brief Statement of Duties:
||Under routine supervision, engage in a variety of housekeeping, custodial and maintenance projects in University buildings and on adjacent grounds. Maintain ice sheet and convert venue from hockey to basketball and other activities.
||High School Graduation or Equivalent
|Discipline / Degree Area:
|Required Specialized Training/Certifications:
||Valid motor vehicle operator's license as required. Certified to operate a forklift, scissor lift and boom lift within six months of hire.
|Required Minimum Work Experience:
||Combination of two years of experience in custodial and/or building and grounds maintenance work in hotels/motels, apartments, or relevant business or institutional settings.
Experience operating a Zamboni and ice maintenance equipment.
|Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties:
||Physical capability to perform all the duties and responsibilities of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
