The Department of Psychological Science at Northern Michigan University invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Clinical Psychology. The position will start in August, 2024. The position requires teaching undergraduate and masters-level graduate courses related to areas of mental health and clinical psychology, such as Abnormal Psychology, Health Psychology, Psychological Assessment, Psychological Interventions, and Ethics. In addition, the position includes program certification activities, supervision and monitoring of graduate practicum experiences, developing a scholarly research program, and engaging in service. The department hosts numerous well-equipped psychology laboratories in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. In addition, the department includes the Behavior Education Assessment and Research Center that provides clinical services to the community. This is a campus based position. |

Doctorate or equivalent terminal degree |

Psychology or closed related field. |
Required Specialized Training/Certifications: |
Must be qualified to receive a Psychologist License in the State of Michigan. |
