Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties: Serve as the lead in maintaining the Advancement database through updating and creating Advancement and major gift prospect records. Train Advancement staff on the use of the database and electronic imaging system. Assist with running standardized reports for Advancement staff. Work independently with campus staff to verify and resolve duplicate records. Conduct calls with alumni/donors/prospects as directed to verify record information. Work with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Required Minimum Work Experience: Three years of progressive office experience, e.g., processing records and information, data input and/or maintaining department data base information, or an Associate's Degree or two years coursework leading to a Bachelor's Degree.
