Serve as the lead for prospect research and administration and data reporting and analysis. Maintain an in-depth understanding of Advancement processes and systems. Provide assistance to data processor specialist or gift administration specialist during times of need. Work closely with Senior Director of Advancement Services to support strategic initiatives of Advancement. |

| Provide dynamic and visionary leadership for the College of Health Sciences and Professional Studies which includes four schools (School of Clinical Sciences, School of Education Leadership and Public Service, School of Health and Human Performance, and School of Nursing), five departments (Criminal Justice, Counseling and Consultation Services, Engineering Technology, Military Sciences, and Social Work), and two Centers (Center for Native American Studies and Center for Rural Health). The Dean will facilitate cooperative and collaborative relationships within the College and with the University and external communities. Ensure that the students receive a high quality education by supporting excellence in teaching, service, and scholarship among faculty.
