Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties: Responsible for providing administrative support for the Department of Social Work head, operations of two separate accredited programs, program directors, field directors, and faculty to ensure the effective functioning of office administration and operations. Duties to include clerical, complex fiscal responsibility, office/departmental inventory control, records maintenance, management of program scheduling, website POC and supervision of student staff.

Required Education: High School Graduation or Equivalent

Required Minimum Work Experience: Three years of progressive office work experience or an Associate's Degree or two years coursework leading to a Bachelor's Degree.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties: Ability to provide customer service, including assessing customer needs and providing solutions to multiple clientele.
Ability to accurately and efficiently perform multiple complex computerized tasks to include any combination of word processing, spreadsheets, database, e-mail, internet or web-based applications.
Ability to perform accounting functions.
Strong time management skills.
Sound organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and independently work under pressure.
Ability to work with and train other staff members and constituents.
Dependable and detail oriented.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Additional Desirable Qualifications: Broad knowledge of University policies and procedures.
Course work related to Office Information Systems and various computer software.
