| As a part of NMU’s CARE and Case Management Services team, provide strengths-based assessments and develop service plans with students seeking to address a wide range of their wellbeing concerns including, but not limited to, basic needs insecurity (i.e., housing, food, etc.), physical and mental health, student safety, academic, personal/family crisis, and integration into campus life. Responsible for the development and maintenance of a comprehensive resources database including referral agencies, offices, departments, individuals, and other relevant resources for students. The position reports to the Case Management Services Director and works collaboratively with on- and off-campus colleagues and partners. Serve as back up to the Case Management Services Director, and chair CARE Team meetings, when needed, and work closely with the Director to support department and pillar-wide wellbeing initiatives. |
