Position Title: Production Specialist

Work Schedule: Traditionally Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
Salary: 13.60
Travel: Less than 10%
Brief Statement of Duties
Brief Statement of Duties: Perform project scheduling, file prep, digital color and black high volume copier operation, computerized engraving, wide format printing, and all aspects of bindery essential to producing high quality products while meeting established deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education: High School Graduation or Equivalent
Discipline / Degree Area:  
Required Specialized Training/Certifications:  
Required Minimum Work Experience: Five years' related experience in any combination of the following:
-digital color press operation (Xerox, Canon or similar);
-black production copier operation (Xerox, Canon or similar);
-bindery including Guillotine paper cutter, folder, creaser, book binder (Duplo) or similar;
-mail piece addressing (Video Jet or similar);
-wide format printing; and/or
-engraving (Vision or similar).
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Attributes Required for Satisfactory Performance of the Position Duties: Understanding of the professional print environment and workflow.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality control.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to learn to drive a forklift.
Additional Desirable Qualifications
Additional Desirable Qualifications: Experience using Adobe Suite, Adobe Acrobat, proprietary mail sort software, Video Jet addressing (or comparable equipment), wide format printing and media application, computerized engraving and signage.
